Songwriting With Helen Monks!

Amazing song writing session had with Helen Monks yesterday morning! To check her out, visit her website at WWW.HELENMONKS.CO.UK!

An absolutely incredible woman able to assist you as an artist in developing ideas and creativity, definitely an opportunity not to be missed!

Well done, Lucy Cooke!

Well done to JCSS student, Lucy Cooke who has just been accepted to the 'Performance Course' @ Access Music Birmingham, which starts this coming September!

Lucy started having singing lessons only 4 months ago, after deciding she wanted to change directions with her higher level education! With absolutely no singing experience before 2012 whatsoever, Lucy has done amazingly well to get this far so quickly! Now she will continue to develop not only with her natural talent but also her hard work and determination! Well done!

Problems With Pitching?

Many people complain of being tone deaf...I believe that EVERYONE has the ability to learn to pitch notes!

Its just a case of figuring out how the brain can translate the information the singer is given, into the voluntary action of singing!

I have recently been working with one student who shall remain anonymous, who is now pitching like a pro! This is absolutely amazing as when we first started, she couldn't distinguish when she was/was not in sync with the notes played on the piano!

Does this sound familiar to you? If so, let me show how I can help you to become NOT ONLY SOMEONE WHO CAN SING IN TUNE but also A SINGER WHO CAN EXPRESS THEMSELVES FREELY THROUGH SONG!
