The Horn The Hunt - New Single 'Raptor' - Available To Download Now!

JCSS student, singer and song-writer Clare Carter and co-star Joseph Osbourne make up pop duo 'The Horn The Hunt', who have most recently been wowing audiences in London, Berlin and West Yorkshire with a selection of material developed since their collaboration in early 2008.

Influenced by bands such as the Beastie Boys and artists from Leonard Cohen to Kate Bush, their Music has been described as atmospheric and contemporary. Their new single 'Raptor' is the first to be taken from their second album 'Depressur Jolie', and is available to download on Itunes now!

'The Horn The Hunt' can be seen performing at:

•  'A Nation of Shopkeepers' in Leeds, West Yorkshire on Saturday 27th November.

Female Barbershop Group 'Heartbeat' - Open Evening!

Looking for an opportunity to sing and socialise at the same time? Marple based 'Heartbeat Chorus' could be the place for you! This great female barbershop group are looking to recruit new members and are holding an open evening on:

Thursday 2nd December at Methodist Church Hall in Marple - 8.00pm - 10.30pm

All visitors will get to watch the group in action, join in with the rehearsal if you so wish and meet the girls in the local pub for a drink afterwards!
